- Doctor visits as a process. Plan a visit, get asked how it went, record the outcome, and keep the doctor's contact details for next time.
- Measurements. Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight — logged in seconds and shown as charts over 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Health journal. Notes tied to the part of the body they concern, on a figure that reflects you.
- Documents. Photos and PDFs of test results, prescriptions and discharge papers, with text recognised on the device so you can search them.
- Reports for your doctor. A PDF of your profile, medications, measurements and recent events, to show or send before an appointment.
- Allergy card. A one-screen list of your allergies, laid out like a restaurant menu, for waiters and kitchen staff. It contains no name and no other personal details.

What it does
Privacy, literally
There is no account to create and no server to send anything to. Everything you enter is stored in an encrypted database on your phone; document files are encrypted separately. The app is locked with a PIN and, if you choose, Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint.
Backups are files you make yourself, protected by a passphrase you choose, and you decide where they go. If you delete the app's data, it is gone — keys, files, reminders and all. We never see your data, which also means we can't recover it for you.
