Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the website anteresoftware.com (the "Site"), operated by ANTERE SOFTWARE LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 497996 with its registered office at Promachon Eleftherias 9, Rebeca Court, 2nd floor, Agios Athanasios, 4103 Limassol, Cyprus ("Antere", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our apps have their own terms
These terms cover the Site only. Each mobile application we publish is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, which are linked from the app's store listing and from within the app. Where those documents and these terms conflict in relation to an app, the app's own documents apply.
What the Site is for
The Site provides information about Antere and its products, and a way to contact us. The content is provided for general information and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate but do not promise that it is complete or up to date.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and the Antere name and mark — belong to Antere or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair it, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems that host it, and introducing malicious code.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including app stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antere will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the country where you live.
